IV International Congress on Cooperation, Geopolitics and Citizen Participation

The presentation of the 4th International Congress on Cooperation, Geopolitics, and Citizen Participation will take place next Tuesday, June 9th, at 10:30 a.m. in the Moaña Town Hall’s plenary hall. This event, organized by the University of Vigo in collaboration with IDEGA and the Moaña Town Council, aims to bring together academics, social leaders, policymakers, and members of civil society to discuss the connections between international cooperation and geopolitics within a participatory framework. Through presentations, roundtables, and workshops, it will explore topics such as the impact of international projects, geopolitics, and citizen participation.

The congress is notable for the joint participation of academics, secondary and university students, local and European politicians, and diverse social organizations, all sharing a common space for reflection and participation. This year, the Ambassador of Bosnia, Andree Zaimovic, will be in attendance. The program also includes a seminar for students on job opportunities in the European Union.
