The “Desafíos Jovens” (Youth Challenges) project, led by the Chamber of Commerce, is an initiative designed to connect local talent with companies and businesses looking to fill job openings. On Wednesday, November 4, an information session and awareness-raising event will be held at the Center for Advanced Studies (CEA) for interested companies and individuals.
The concept is based on a simple premise: there are many well-qualified people who cannot find job opportunities, while many companies are unable to fill their vacancies. These events will showcase tools developed to bridge this gap, featuring practical methodologies tailored to each specific group.
